Aeromodelers of Acadiana (AOA) hosted a great event March 19 & 20 at their beautiful field in Breaux Bridge, LA. Many pilots showed up a day early and hung around Sunday after the scheduled event. Texas Warbirds were well represented, as well as, Back of the Bend, SHARKS, and many others. The flying and Saturday night feast welcomed 49 registered pilots. Even the children’s play area and sand pile were well attended. Several beautiful giant scale turbines wowed the many pilots and guests too.
